Before Your Laser Hair Removal Session:

Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment (do not wax, tweeze, or use hair removal creams).
Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners for at least 2 weeks prior.
Skip applying lotions, deodrants, perfumes, or makeup on the treatment area.
Avoid chemical peels, strong exfoliants, and retinoid creams for 1 week before.
Inform your technicial about any medications, skin conditions, or recent treatements.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment.

After Your Laser Hair Removal Session:

Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for at least 2 weeks; always use SPF 30+.
Skip hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and intense exercise for 24-48 hours.
Do not wax, pluck, or thread between sessions, only shave when needed.
Keep the area clean and moisturized with a gentle, fragrance-free lotion.

Expect mild redness or swelling; apply a cool compress or aloe vera gel for relief.
