This form includes important questions about your medical background, allergies, and the procedure, and must be submitted before we can begin any treatment. If you have any questions or concerns while filling out the form, feel free to contact us for assistance. ㅏ *Fills appointments must be made within 2 to 3 weeks. Additional charges will apply if the appointment is made after 3 weeks. Appointment will be considered as a new set, once its 4 weeks. *Quick touch ups appointment can be scheduled for emergency gap fill within the first 2 weeks if needed. *Do not wear any mascara, contact lenses, and avoid coffee prior to your appointment. *No phone calls, less talking and take a nap during service to speed up and best utilize your lash appointment time. After Care: Avoid getting your lashes wet for 24 hrs. Do not rub or touch your eyes Avoid exposure to excessive heat, sauna or steam shower Sleep on your back Do not apply any oil-based products around or on your eyes such as makeup, face cream or eye makeup remover Do not use water-proof mascara. or eyeliner Use gentle foaming facial cleanser to keep lashes clean Clean and Brush your lash tips daily using a soft, bristle brush Use oil-free eyelash-enhancing serum to minimize shedding Avoid wearing contact lenses Avoid spray or airbrush tanning

Microblading/Powder/ OMBRE/Combo/ Nano Brows Our Prices Our Work ㅏ Prior and Aftercare Instructions: DO NOT pick, rub, itch, touch, apply make-up or sleep on brows for the first 10 days. Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally flake away. Picking can cause scarring or loss of pigment. No Botox, chemical treatments or microdermabrasion for at least four weeks before or after the brow appointment. Use a fresh pillowcase Avoid drinking alcohol or caffeine the day before your appointment. Avoid any blood thinners, ibuprofen, fish oil, Vitamin E or some herbal supplements for 2 to 7 days as thy may cause bleeding that prevents the procedure from working. Avoid hot, sweaty exercise for one week Avoiding direct sunlight, swimming, lakes, hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms for the fist ten days. DO NOT use Salicylic Acid, Benzoyl Peroxide, Scrubs, or any retinoid products at least a week before and 30 days after your brow appointment. Do Not tint, bleach or perform a brow lamination for 4 weeks after the session Do Not use oils, vaseline or other petroleum-based products during the healing process After the procedure, keep the area clean and apply a thin layer of suggested ointment by our technician about 2 times/day for 7-10 days Keep your hair away from the brow line After your brows completely healed, applying sunscreen to the area helps prevent fading IMPORTANT INFO: At first your brows will appear more bold than usual over the next few days. After your procedure, your brows may darken, this is totally normal. Around 7-14 days, you may notice some flaking/shedding of the skin near the brow area. When the skin flakes off, many times the pigment may disappear! This is normal! This is because there is still a thick layer of protective skin creating a veil over the pigment. Once you go through a skin regrowth cycle (4-6 weeks) the pigment will typically reappear but it can be upto 50-70% lighter than it was immediatly after the procedure. That's why a touch up session is recommended to perfect you brows. The retention will depend on a number of factors like lifestyle, skin type, sun exposure, health conditions etc.
