Permanent Make-Up

PERMANENT MAKE-UP, also known as micropigmentation or cosmetic tattooing, involves applying pigment to the skin to enhance or replicate natural features like eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips. The results can be semi-permanent, lasting from 1-3 years, depending on various factors including skin type and lifestyle.

Types of Permanent Makeup:
  • Eyebrows: techniques like microblading or powder brows       create fuller, more defined brows.
  • Eyeliner: permanent eyeliner enhances the eyes by           applying pigment along the lash line.
  • Lips: lip tinting or lip blushing adds color and definition to         the lips. It can enhance natural lip color or correct     asymmetries.

After the procedure, the treated area will go through a healing process over several weeks, during which color may appear darker and then soften to the final shade.

Aftercare:
  • Avoid water
  • Avoid sun exposure
  • No picking scabs or peeling skin to ensure proper healing

Mainteinance:
To maintain the desired look, periodic touch-ups might be needed, generally over 1-3 years. Over time, the pigment may fade due to skin cell turnover, sun exposure, and other factors.

Considerations:
Be sure to discuss any allergies or skin sensitivities with your technician before getting the procedure done.
