Threading
THREADING is an ancient hair removal technique that was found in Asia. It is the best alternative to waxing and tweezing, especially for sensitive skin.
In Threading, a thin cotton or polyester thread is doubled, then twisted. It is then rolled over areas of unwanted hair plucking the hair at follicle level. Threading can remove short rows of hair at a time rather than removing one hair at a time.
Threading lasts about 2-4 weeks depending on the density of your hair, but definitely lasts longer then waxing.
It may sound painful, but Threading is a lot less painful and way better for your facial skin than waxing, as it is 100% natural and won't sag your skin. The sensation felt during threading is much like that of plucking with a pair of tweezers but way less painful and gives a very precise shape. Since the hair is pulled out from the root, the hair that does grow back is usually finer and more sparse.
